How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact support@budgly.io.

How do I export my data?

Pro users can export to CSV from the Settings panel. Free users can export to JSON.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption at rest and in transit. We never sell your data.

Can I share a budget with my partner?

Yes! Pro users can invite others to collaborate on shared budgets.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can request immediate deletion via email.
